CAIRO – Egyptian Finance Minister Mohamed Maait said 90 percent of financial directorates will be mechanized before the end of June, thus contributing to upgrading the financial performance of administrative bodies in accordance with Egypt Vision 2030.
In statements Sunday, he said the coming period will witness the opening of a number of finance directorates in the governorates of Assiut, Beheira, Red Sea, Matrouh and New Valley.
He said the government is deeply interested in rationalizing public expenses so that funds would be spent on urgent needs in light of international challenges. (MENA)
