CAIRO – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigration is set to kick off the fifth edition of the “Egyptians Abroad” Conference on Sunday and Monday.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty, a host of ministers and officials will attend the gathering.
The event is set to include roundtable meetings for Egyptian businessmen and investors.
It will focus on points that could contribute to meeting the needs and aspirations of Egyptian expats.
The meetings will discuss key issues related to investment opportunities in Egypt, education and training of youth, as well as facilitations offered for Egyptian expats, said Nabil Habashi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The conference is part of the State’s efforts to back Egyptians abroad and meet their demands at different levels, Habashi added.
