CAIRO – An extraordinary round of the Arab League (AL) Council on Palestine started here on Monday under Morocco at the level of permanent representatives.
The round, held upon a request from Palestine, tackles the Israeli war crimes and plots against the Palestinians in addition to the political, legal, diplomatic and economic steps to taken to halt the Israeli aggressions.
The meeting will shed light on the escalation of the Israeli crimes in the West Bank and the systematic destruction of the infrastructure of the Palestinian refugee camps, the daily incursions to scores of Palestinian cities, villages and camps, the murder and injury of hundreds of Palestinians, demolishing their houses and detaining thousands of them in inhumane circumstance, Palestinian permanent representative at the AL Mohanad el Aklouk said earlier.
Aklouk expressed hope that the meeting would result in political, legal, diplomatic and economic steps to be taken in this respect.
