CAIRO – Chairperson of the Electronic Research Institute (ERI) Sherine Abdel Qader has signed a cooperation protocol with President of the Egyptian Russian University (ERU) Sherif Fakhry to achieve goals of a national strategy for higher education and scientific research.
The ERI and ERU will be exchanging scientific knowledge and academic materials, Abdel Qader said, adding that under the protocol the two sides will also benefit from training opportunities and conduct joint research projects in the fields of electronics, information technology and renewable energy.
The protocol entails that the results of research studies and projects be published in journals and obtain patents.
