Egyptian Ministers Nabila Makram of Emigration and Ashraf Sobhi of Sports held a meeting on Monday on means of promoting co-operation in the coming period.

The talks tackled a host of issues on Egyptian youth expats and continued co-operation to implement the presidential initiative “Life Saving boats.”

In a statement by the Emigration Ministry on Monday, Makram hailed co-operation between the two ministries in implementing the presidential initiative which launched programs for spreading awareness among youths about the dangers of illegal immigration.

She commended the achievements realized by Egyptian expats in the sports domain as “a source of pride to Egyptians.”

The two ministers agreed to prepare a protocol on furthering bilateral co-operation under the presidential initiative for the best interests of youths nationwide.

The two ministers suggested launching programs for Egyptian expats under the patronage of the two ministries to meet the needs of youths abroad at all level.
