Egypt’s Minister of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendi has hailed the role played by “Saving Boats” presidential initiative which aimed at confronting illegal migration.
During a meeting with Menofia governor Ibrahim Abu Laimon after launching the initiative in the governorate Monday, the minister said the initiative achieved good results on the ground.
For his part, Abu Laimon hailed the role of the presidential initiative in spreading awareness among people against the danger of illegal migration.
They reviewed the most important industries in Menofia topped by handmade silk carpets and pottery, in addition to other handmade crafts.
