Egypt’s Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendi has called on Egyptian doctors and investors living abroad to participate at the international medical tourism conference, which would be held in the New Administrative Capital on March 2-3.
The Ministry of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs said in a statement on Saturday that the conference, which is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, will be attended by Presidential Advisor for Health and Prevention Affairs Mohammed Awad Tag El-Din, South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda and respective ministers, governors, officials and heads of health and tourism institutions in Egypt.
The event will be also attended by a big number of international figures working in the fields of medical insurance and tourism, while the sessions will focus on the latest developments in medical tourism.
The organization of the conference is part of Sisi’s directives with the participation of a host of Egyptian doctors and experts abroad to highlight Egypt’s potentials on medical tourism, the note added.
