CAIRO- Egyptian Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha El Gendy said tc recipient countries.
This came during her word at a general session of the Senate, under Speaker Abdel Wahab Abdel Raziq, to look into the government’s policy to offer incentives for the Egyptian expatriates and promoting initiatives and measures that contribute to back their savings in Egypt and preserve the interests of the Egyptian citizens around the world.
She further stressed that the monetary policies adopted by the Central Bank of Egypt and the exchange rate unification had a positive impact on the remittances of the Egyptians living abroad, as they gained more confidence in the national economy, which prompted them to invest their savings in Egypt.
She added that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the prime minister gave directives to pay more attention to meetings the needs of the Egyptian citizen inside and outside the country as the Egyptian citizen is the key driver of the national development process.
