CAIRO – Egypt’s Electricity and New and Renewable Energy Minister Mohamed Shaker has praised the great expertise of Denmark in power projects.
During a meeting with Danish Ambassador to Egypt Svend Olling, Shaker on Thursday stressed that his ministry is keen to enhance co-operation with firms from Denmark to make use of their experience in all areas related to renewable energy.
The minister reviewed achievements made by the sector of electricity and renewable energy under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
For his part, the ambassador lauded fruitful relations with Egypt in different fields, stressing that his country is keen to cement bilateral co-operation, particularly in the domains of green and renewable energy.
