The president of the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (EJUST) attended meetings of chief editors of major international journals in San Diego, US.
Over the past three days, EJUST ProfessorAmr Adly participated with scientists in meetings that brought together 200 chief editors of international scientific journals affiliated with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Discussions focused on international publishing ethics.
Adly wasselected in January 2022 to lead the editorial staff of the international journal IEEE Transactions on Magnetics.
He is the only Egyptian scientist to serve aschief editor for an IEEE journals, and he is among the few scientists in Egypt who have been awarded the IEEE Fellowship.
