TUNIS – Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli asserted that the Egyptian government fully supports the demands of the private sector, voicing hope that year 2022/2023 would witness an activation of economic cooperation between Egypt and Tunisia.

Addressing the opening session of the Egyptian-Tunisian Economic Forum, Madbouli reiterated that there will be no restrictions on the movement of businessmen between the two countries, calling on the ambassadors of both countries to swiftly finalize the mechanism of issuing visas without any impediments.

The premier’s comments came in response to questions by businessmen from both countries during their participation in the joint Egyptian-Tunisian Forum held in the presence of Tunisian Prime Minister Najla Bouden.
