CAIRO – Egyptian Housing Minister Assem el Gazzar discussed with Chairman of the Yemeni Business Council in Egypt Muhammad Ali al-Mujahid and his accompanying delegation, bilateral cooperation and available investment opportunities in Egypt.
During the meeting, the housing minister said Egypt is a promising market for investment in various fields, particularly in light of the construction boom that the country is witnessing during President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s era.
The Egyptian State welcomes investments by the Yemeni investors in various fields, Gazzar said, explaining that the Egyptian, Arab and foreign investors are treated all the same.
He added that the Egyptian State provides extensive facilities for investors in all fields.
For his part, the head of the Yemeni business council expressed his keenness on boosting cooperation with the Housing Ministry and doing business in Egypt via establishing new projects in various domains in new cities.
