CAIRO – Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry had talks on Saturday with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock.
The talks tackled means of enhancing bilateral ties in various domains as well as issues of mutual concern.
The two ministers are scheduled to hold a joint press conference after the talks.
According to the German embassy in Cairo, this is the first official visit by the minister to Egypt since assuming her post in December 2021.
