Minister of Education Reda Hegazy honors on Monday the top students of technical certificates for the 2022 academic year, during the activities of the second forum for technical and technological education and vocational training “EduTech Egypt 2023” which is held under the slogan “Draw Your Future”.

The forum is witnessing the distribution of a number of scholarships, financial prizes and certificates of appreciation to top achievers in industrial technical school diplomas, top applied technology schools, top agricultural and commercial technical school diplomas.

Deputy Minister of Education Mohamed Megahed said that the state is keen to develop the technical education system, referring to the development of most of the curricula of technical education schools, in addition to the development of new programs and curricula.

The deputy minister also drew attention to the fact that among the forms of the Ministry’s interest in the system is presenting the Applied Technological Schools model, pointing to the importance of organizing such events that relate to the educational system in general and technical education in particular.

This comes in light of the current challenges, including those related to quality and the alignment of programs with the needs of the labor market and jobs of the future.
