Egypt’s Ambassador to Italy Bassam Radi called on the Coptic community in Rome, and the entire Egyptian community, to pay close attention to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s deep and focused messages while he was congratulating the Coptic brothers on Christmas Day at the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Radi conveyed President Sisi’s greetings to the Egyptian Coptic community in Italy, as he attended the celebration Mass, accompanied by embassy staff, at Church of St George in Rome, in the presence of Bishop Barnaba of Turin and Rome.
Ambassador Radi read out the president’s message to the Egyptian Coptic communities overseas.
‘Brothers and sisters, Copts of Egypt abroad, I am pleased to send you my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the celebration of Coptic Christmas,” the message read.
”I seize this opportunity to express my wishes for continued success, praying to the Almighty to make it a happy and blessed holiday, to bring you all goodness and happiness, and to bless our dear Egypt with continued progress and prosperity,” Sisi added.
