CAIRO – The regular meeting of the follow-up mechanism and political consultation between Egypt and Saudi Arabia convened here at the Foreign Ministry headquarters.
Ambassador Alaa Moussa, the Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs, headed the Egyptian side to the meeting, while the Saudi delegation was led by Ambassador Dr Sami Al-Saleh, the Assistant Minister of State for African Affairs.
The meetings dealt with regional and international issues of common interest within the framework of their keenness to coordinate stances and exchange views on these issues for the best interest of both countries and the region.
