Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry – currently in Muscat – started official talks on Sunday with his Omani counterpart Sayyid Badr Al-Busaidi.
Delegations of the two countries attended the talks, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Hafez said on Twitter account.
The talks are meant to underline the depth of bilateral ties and exchange views on means of enhancing joint Arab action and coordinating stances vis-a-vis regional and international issues.
