ASWAN – Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said on Thursday Egypt will never abandon its people and will not leave any damage unfixed or problem unresolved, noting that the State has developed a plan to upgrade all villages across the country.
Sisi made the remarks as he chatted with some residents of a village that is located west the Upper Egyptian governorate of Aswan.
