CAIRO – ُEgyptian Minister of Petroleum Tarek el-Mulla discussed on Tuesday with two World Bank (WB) delegations promoting joint co-operation and Egypt’s export of gas to Lebanon.
Also, the two sides probed supplying residential units in Egypt with natural gas along with digitisation projects.
Mulla confirmed Egypt’s commitment of international agreements on preserving the environment. He also noted that the World Bank is a strategic partner of Egypt in the oil sector.
The World Bank delegates said they are very much interested in following up the achievements of the Egyptian State in the fields of digitisation and transformation into clean energy along with reducing gas emissions for preserving the environment.
