Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted that Egypt is still sacrificing martyrs from personnel to totally eradicate terror, adding that the evil cannot defeat the goodness.

This came during Sisi’s statements to a forum held on Wednesday on the sidelines of the 34th educational seminar of the Armed Forces on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the 6th of October War victory.

Sisi lauded the role of Sinai residents during the time of war, adding that the Egyptian state is trying to show gratitude to residents of Sinai.

He said that Sinai residents are part of the Egyptians as they offered support during the time of occupation so that Sinai would return back to its residents.

Sisi directed his speech to a girl named Yasmine from Rawda village in North Sinai, saying that everybody is affected by terrorism not only the residents of Sinai.

Sisi thanked Yasmine, a student in the faculty of pharmacy, wishing her and all the residents of Sinai more progress.

Sisi also thanked member of the Egyptian delegation in national committee for Taba restoration Mofid Shehab and the committee for their great efforts during Taba restoration.
