Egypt’s Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salaheddin Moustafa has discussed with South Korea’s Ambassador to Egypt Kim Yong-Hyun means to boost bilateral cooperation.
This came on Thursday when the minister received the diplomat and his accompanying delegation at the Military Production Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.
The minister congratulated the diplomat on assuming duty as a new ambassador of his country in Cairo.
Moustafa highlighted technological, technical and industrialization potentials of the Military Production Ministry-affiliated companies and units, stressing that the ministry’s main role is to meet the needs of the Armed Forces and contribute to carrying out national and development projects.
He also voiced the ministry’s keenness to boost strategic partnership with South Korean companies in different fields in light of fruitful cooperation between Egypt and South Korea.
For his part, the ambassador lauded deeply-rooted ties between Egypt and South Korea, voicing keenness to cement bilateral cooperation and deepen economic and investment relations with Cairo in the coming period.
