CAIRO – Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met Sunday with Eamon Gilmore, the EU Special Representative for Human Rights, to discuss national efforts to boost human rights and implement a national strategy to that effect.
The meeting was held in the framework of dialogue and consultation with the European partner, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez.
