CAIRO – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted that the presidential initiative “Decent Life” to improve the Egyptian countryside does not only include improving services presented to the citizens in the Egyptian villages but it also includes cultural and artistic activities.

This came during Madbouli’s follow up, along with Culture Minister Inas Abdel Dayem, to the activities done by the Ministry of Culture in a number of villages in the governorates in December and January.

Meanwhile, Abdel Dayem said the initiative activated the cultural and artistic life in the Egyptian countryside and the Upper Egyptian governorates, adding that the initiative organizes a number of cultural and artistic activities to all age groups and different social classes.

Cultural and artistic activities were organized in Ismailia, Aswan, Luxor, Beheira, Menofiya, Minya and Assiut, she said.
