Egypt’s State Minister of Military Production Mohamed Salaheldin Moustafa conferred with Belarus Minister of Trade and Monopoly Regulation Alexei Bogdanov and his accompanying delegation on issues of joint cooperation between Egypt and Belarus in the presence of Belarus Ambassador to Egypt Sergey Terentiev.
Moustafa said that the meeting tackled a number of proposed future cooperation issues, asserting the keenness of the Ministry of Military Production to achieve strategic partnership which benefits both sides via benefiting from the advanced Belarus technology and benefiting from the distinguished industrial, human and technological potentials available in the companies of military production to contribute to achieving an added value for the national economy and supporting sustainable development strategy in the state via relying on manufacturing abilities and available local resources.
Meanwhile, Bogdanov said that Belarus said it is keen on boosting cooperation with Egypt within the framework of transferring manufacturing technology and training to achieve long-term strategic partnership.
He pointed out that the volume of trade between both countries is not up to their distinguished potentials.
