Deputy Housing Minister for Infrastructure Affairs Sayyed Ismail accompanied the mission of the World Bank (WB) paid a field visit to water treatment station which serves the villages in Dakahliya and the sanitation projects in the governorate.
This came as part of the activities of the WB’s mission to follow up the program of sustainable drainage services in the rural areas.
In a statement on Wednesday, Ismail said that the ministry mechanism aims at supporting decentralisation via increasing the abilities of the workers in the drinking water and sanitation companies in the different governorates.
Meanwhile, the WB’s mission lauded the results achieved by the programme in all the axes.
