CAIRO – Chairman of the Arab Organisation for Industrialisation (AOI) Abdel Moneim al Terras has asserted that there is full integration between the universities and the scientific research bodies and national industrial institutions at the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
He said that the Egyptian youth receive the attention of the political leadership within the framework of Egypt’s vision of sustainable development 2030.
This came within the framework of a visit by professors and students of the British University of Hertfordshire, including its President Vincent Emery, to the AOI premises in the New Administrative Capital.
In a statement of the AOI, Terras lauded the visit as it is an opportunity to boost the real image of the Egyptian industrial potentials in the scientific universities and institutions.
He lauded the integrated system of engineering and scientific research education in the different ancient universities.
Terras asserted the importance of the modern scientific specialisations in the University of Hertfordshire in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer sciences and artificial intelligence.
The AOI set an ambitious plan to localise modern digital technology in all the different industrial domains in addition to training human cadres according to the latest mechanical management systems of industries.
Meanwhile, during visiting the exhibition of the AOI products, President at the University of Hertfordshire Vincent Emery lauded the manufacturing and technical potentials of the AOI.
Emery lauded the New Administrative Capital and the accomplishments and national projects witnessed in Egypt under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in addition to the continuous support for the scientific institutions to encourage serious scientific research to serve the fields of Egyptian industry.
