Egypt’s Minister of Defense and Military Production Mohamed Zaki witnessed on Tuesday the implementation of the main phase of the Army’s mobilisation command centers project carried out by the Southern Military Region.
The exercise is part of the mobilisation strategic plan carried out by the various bodies and administrations of the Armed Forces in the presence of Chief of Staff Osama Askar and top military brass commanders.
Zaki met with a number of Southern Military Zone commanders participating in the project and discussed with them the decisions they have taken in the management of the various tactical operations.
He conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sis to all the participating elements of the Southern Military Zone and its specialized departments, praising their efforts in protecting the state’s strategic fronts from the southern side.
He also praised the high performance of the military personnel during the implementation phases of the exercise.
He stressed the keenness of the Armed Forces to improve the combat efficiency system of the departments of the Armed Forces, to be able to accomplish all their assigned tasks efficiently and competently.
