Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production Abdel Mageed Saqr joined soldiers from the Third Field Army and the East Canal Counter terrorism Forces for an Iftar meal at the headquarters of the Third Field Army on Friday.
The event was attended by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Ahmed Khalifa, along with several senior military commanders.
During the gathering, General Saqr conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the soldiers.
He emphasized the unwavering commitment of the Armed Forces personnel to fulfilling their duties in safeguarding Egypt’s national security across all strategic directions.
Saqr stressed that maintaining combat readiness and constant preparedness is the true guarantee of ensuring Egypt’s security and stability, particularly amid the current regional challenges.
He urged the soldiers to continuously enhance their skills and physical capabilities through rigorous training while upholding high morale, ensuring that the Armed Forces remain a strong shield for the nation and an unbreakable fortress for the Egyptian people.
