Egypt’s Culture Minister Nevine el-Kelani said Monday that this year’s edition of the Cairo International Book Fair focuses on the genuine Egyptian identity.
Building individuals is in the heart of establishing a new republic, Kelani said in statements to MENA Monday.
She underlined the Egyptian cultural diversity, stressing the big importance of knowledge and science in building the Egyptian character.
The fair also pays attention to intellectual property, Kelani said, noting that Egypt has outlined a promising and important strategy to protect creativity in the new republic.
