As part of the Armed Forces’ continued commitment to developing a highly-capable and well-trained human resource base, Chief-of-Staff of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, made an inspection tour of the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Institute.

The visit began with Lt Gen Khalifa joining the cadets in performing physical exercises and inspecting several upgraded training fields that showcased the high level of physical fitness and discipline among the cadets.Director of the Institute Major General Ayman Amin El-Gendy highlighted recent efforts to upgrade the educational and training systems within the institute, aimed at raising both academic and practical standards.

The Chief-of-Staff also held an open dialogue with faculty members, listening to their views and addressing inquiries related to various national and strategic issues. He stressed the importance of maintaining continuous professional development, acquiring foreign language skills, and preserving peak physical fitness to ensure the graduation of well-rounded and capable military personnel.Lt Gen Khalifa toured several educational facilities and specialised training fields equipped with the latest training technologies.

He also visited accommodation facilities and the institute’s medical centre to ensure high administrative standards that contribute directly to the morale and welfare of the cadets.The Chief-of-Staff met with cadets and soldiers of the institute, conveying the appreciation of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and General Abdel Meguid Saqr, Minister of Defence and Military Production.
