CAIRO – Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat and Culture Minister had a plenary meeting on Wednesday to discuss progress made so far in implementing joint projects.
The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Digital Egypt Creativity Centre “Creativa”, in the presence of a number of the executive leaders of the two ministries.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation in carrying out joint projects between the two ministries, with the view to achieving digital transformation in the Culture Ministry, via using communications and information technology to facilitate access to the Culture Ministry’s site content through digital platforms.
Among the projects are the Egypt Digital Heritage Portal, the project to develop the electronic portal and the mobile application for the Egyptian Opera House and the Electronic Records Archives (ERA).
