Head of department of food supplies in the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FECC) Hisham el Degwy said that the coming period will witness a decrease in prices of all the food commodities after the release of goods with the worth of $6.230 billion in December.
In a phone call with DMC satellite channel on Wednesday, Degwy said that the price of a bottle of some kinds of oil decreased by LE4.
He said that Egypt has sufficient quantities of rice and sugar, adding that the cabinet has put guiding prices for the goods to avoid their increase.
