CAIRO- Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Abbas Helmy affirmed his ministry’s keenness on benefiting from the new technology in the sector.
The minister’s remarks came during his participation in a preparatory workshop of the World Radiocommunication Conference.
Welcoming participants from the various Arab and foreign countries, the minister said that the workshop comes as part of Egypt’s crucial role in the civil aviation industry at the regional and international levels.
The minister, also hailed, on the sidelines of the second day of the workshop, the effective coordination between the Civil Aviation Ministry and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
The ministry is keen on benefiting from the modern technology techniques and digital services within the civil aviation industry, he further said.
