Cairo- Two military cargo aircraft left East Cairo Air Base Wednesday with large quantities of medicines, medical supplies and foodstuff to Djibouti, as part of Egypt’s continued role on the Arab and African scenes, and in response to directives by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. The Djibouti side expressed its appreciation for the Egyptian efforts and support for the Djiboutian people. It also reiterated the importance of this aid in alleviating the burden on the Djiboutian citizens, as well as supporting the country in countering the challenges it is facing.
