Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted that the cabinet meeting, held on Wednesday in the New Administrative Capital, comes within the framework of directives by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to gradually transfer work to the governmental district in the New Administrative Capital.
This came during a cabinet meeting, chaired by Madbouli, Wednesday to discuss a number of important files.
During the meeting, Madbouli said that the president had a busy schedule the past few days that included a visit to the French city of Brest to attend One Ocean Summit that tackled environmental issues.
The summit tackled Egyptian-French strategic ties at the economic and trade levels and exchanging points of view on regional issues of mutual interest, Madbouli said.
Madbouli pointed out to the current visit of President Sisi to Brussels to attend the 6th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the European Union and the African Union where the president will discuss different issues of interest to the African countries especially boosting international efforts to facilitate merging them in the international economy.
Madbouli said that Sisi also inaugurated the 5th Egypt Petroleum Show (EGYPS 2022).
