CAIRO – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli chaired the Cabinet’s weekly meeting Wednesday in the New Administrative Capital.
The Cabinet is set to address several topics, including the participation of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in the G20 summit as well as the opening of Nasr automotive factory after over 15 years hiatus.
Other files include following up on Sisi’s instructions for the government to intensify efforts to reduce inflation, increase spending on health, education, and social protection sectors, and ensure market regulation, availability of food products, and the continuation of national projects across the governorates.
The meeting also focuses on increasing social protection measures for citizens in need, as well as initiatives to develop education, healthcare, and comprehensive development. This includes boosting investments, increasing exports, and localizing industries within Egypt 2030 Vision.
