Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli chaired on Thursday the Cabinet weekly meeting at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital to discuss a number of key political, economic and social files.
During the meeting, the cabinet is scheduled to discuss a recent visit of the prime minister to Riyadh to explore ways of boosting bilateral cooperation and the launch of “Bedaya – A New Beginning for Human Development” presidential initiative.
The weekly meeting will also address a new package of tax facilities, in addition to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s directives to the government to continue efforts to curb inflation and increase financial allocations for the health, education and social protection sectors.
It will review as well means of achieving comprehensive development, boosting investments and exports and localizing industries within the framework of the Sustainable Development Strategy (SDS): Egypt Vision 2030.
The cabinet will address also the files of investment, industry, export, agriculture, making industrial lands available to investors, supporting the social security net and the tax and development files in the various sectors of the State as well as offering more support to low-income brackets.
