CAIRO – The cabinet media centre denied reports claiming that exported Egyptian agricultural products shipments were rejected over violating health safety standards and conditions.
In a statement on Monday, the centre said it communicated with the Agriculture Ministry which dismissed the news as baseless.
The ministry underlined all exported Egyptian agricultural products meet international standards.
The center called on media and social media users to verify the authenticity of the news circulated to avoid confusing public opinion.
