The Cabinet, under Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, on Saturday decided to halt the load-shedding power cuts at churches due to Easter celebration.
Spokesman for the Cabinet Mohamed Al Homsany said the decision has been taken in coordination between the premier and the ministers of electricity and petroleum for easing holding the Easter celebrations.
Madbouli expressed greeting for Copts in Egypt and abroad on Easter, wishing Egypt more progress in different domains.
