The Cabinet approved during a meeting Thursday under Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli a draft law amending some articles related to the establishment of economic courts issued by Law No. 120 of 2008.
The draft law stipulates that its provisions shall not apply after its entry into force except to criminal cases that are initially heard and not decided by the appellate chambers of the economic courts as of the effective date of this law.
