Egypt’s Minister of Public Business Sector Mohamed El-Shemi said the ministry pays much attention to develop its affiliated drug companies.
The minister’s remarks came on Saturday during a meeting with heads of the ministry-affiliated drug companies to follow up these firms’ performance and implementation progress of current and future plans and projects.
The Business Sector Ministry’s efforts are part of actions taken to back the national industry, depend on local products and strengthen the sector’s capabilities to meet the needs of local markets and increase exports, the minister said.
