Egypt’s Minister of Military Production Mohamed Salah Eddin Moustafa yesterday met with Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Egypt Sabit Subašić for scientific research co-operation talks.
The minister presented the manufacturing, technical and technological capacities of the companies and units affiliated to theMilitary Production Ministry.
Moustafa said his ministry is developing the work of its affiliates with moderntechnologies while expanding the range of products for civilian and military use and improving their quality and their global competitiveness.
The minister went on to say that he firmly believes in the importance of linking scientific research to industry as the key to developing military and civil industries and solving problems in manufacturing operations.
Moustafa referred to the Technological and Scientific Excellence Centre which is affiliated to the Military Production Ministry which is concerned with research and development to boost production.
For his part, Sabit Subašić hailed the Egyptian military production ministry and its affiliated company as the cornerstone
for military manufacturing in Egypt and one of the country’s most important industrial arms.
He expressed his eagerness on strengthening co-operation between the Bosnian Embassy in Cairo and the Military Production Ministry to boost mutual economic and commercial ties between both sides.
