The Industrial Modernisation Centre (IMC) signed a co-operation protocol with the Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank) to boost industrial exports.
The protocol falls within the framework of directives from Trade and Industry Minister Ahmed Samir to strengthen collaboration among various bodies to give momentum to exports in line with the Egypt Vision 2030.
The co-operation protocol includes supporting the green economy, renewable energy, and micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises.
It will also contribute to improving productivity, rationalising energy consumption under the green economy concept and achieving digital transformation.
Under the protocol, the bank will help customers obtain ISO certificates in industry.
