A delegation from Bahrain Businessmen Association lauded the great economic achievement Egypt realised under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Expressing appreciation for the deeply-rooted Egyptian-Bahraini ties, the members of the Bahraini delegation said Egypt is at the heart of the Arab Gulf and the bedrock for stability and security in Arab world.
This came during a meeting on Wednesday between Deputy Chairman of the Suez Canal Economic Zone Mohamed Shaaban and the Chairman of the Bahraini Businessmen Association and head of the delegation, Ahmed ben Hendi.
The Bahraini delegation is in Egypt to attend the Egyptian-Bahraini business forum.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed the investment opportunities in the Suez Canal zone and the mega national projects being implemented in Egypt.
The two sides discussed ways to strengthen co-operation and enhance trade and economic exchange between the two countries.
During the meeting, Shaaban said that the mega national projects being implemented in Egypt will also benefit the Middle East and the Arab Gulf in view of Egypt’s distinguished location in Africa.
The industrial projects that will be implemented in the coming years under Egypt Vision 2030 were reviewed during the visit.
