Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa asserted the depth of ties binding Egypt and Bahrain, noting that sisterly relations have been progressing over the past phase at the various levels.
This came during Bahraini Crown Prince’s welcoming of Egyptian Ambassador to Manama Yasser Shaaban as they reviewed the latest regional and international developments as well as issued of common interest.
On its official page on “Facebook”, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said the Bahraini CP highlighted the Egyptian-Bahraini relations and the great interest showed by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to further upgrading them.
Prince Salman also praised the efforts exerted by the Egyptian ambassador to Bahrain during his four-year term in Manama to bolster bilateral ties between the two countries and open up to new strategic partnership that achieve the common interests of the two countries. He also expressed his best wishes to Ambassador Shaaban in his upcoming work mission.
The Egyptian ambassador, for his part, expressed thanks and appreciation for the Bahraini CP over his support and backing to better enhance the Bahraini-Egyptian ties, wishing more progress and prosperity to the Bahraini Kingdom.
