CAIRO – Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb congratulated President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on winning in the presidential election 2024.
In a statement on Monday, Tayyeb wished Egypt more security, stability and prosperity under President Sisi.
The National Elections Authority (NEA) announced Monday that President Sisi won a new term in office after securing 89.6 per cent of the valid votes.
