Awqaf min. asserts importance that religious speech, media speech compose wide perspective for goals true religion

CAIRO – Egyptian Awqaf Minister Osama el Azhari has said that the religious discourse along with the media reports, represent a wide perspective for achieving the goals of upright religious teachings.

This came during the inauguration of the 7th international scientific session of members of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation Radio and Television Union in presence of President of the organisation Amr el-Leithy and Secretary-General of the League of Islamic Universities Sami el Sherif.

In a statement on Wednesday, Azhari said that the session is the 7th in a series of diverse rounds that present the proposed vision of the media role in renewing the religious speech.
