CAIRO – Egyptian Minister of Defense and Military Production Mohamed Zaki sent on Thursday a cable of greetings to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the occasion of the New Hijri year 1444.
In the cable, Zaki wished Egypt more progress and prosperity.
Meanwhile, Armed Forces Chief of Staff Osama Askar sent a similar greeting cable to the president.
Zaki and Askar also sent greeting cables to the grand imam of Azhar and Egypt’s mufti.
They also issued directives to greet all Armed Forces personnel on the occasion.
