Alexandria University’s Faculty of Engineering and Siemens Healthineers (AG) in Egypt signed on Tuesday a protocol for academic and scientific co-operation between the two sides.
Alexandria University President Abdel Aziz Konsowa said the protocol offers educational and training programs for bioengineering students at the Faculty of Engineering with the aim of honing their basic, technical and engineering skills for the best interest of the two entities.
Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Saeed Allam and Managing Director of Siemens Healthineers Michael Schmermer signed the protocol.
Siemens Healthineers is a German medical device company. It is the parent company for several medical technology companies and is headquartered in Erlangen, Germany.
