Arab League (AL) Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit said that confronting the dangers of drugs requires forging a comprehensive plan by the State’s institutions and the civil society.
Abul Gheit’s remarks came on the occasion of signing the regional program document for Arab States (2023-2028) on Sunday, in the presence of Social Solidarity Minister Nevine el Kabbaj along with a host of UN officials and AL’s delegates.
Abul Gheit, meanwhile, reaffirmed support to the AL’s support in implementing the newly-signed program in order to contribute to efforts aiming to implementing the sustainable development plan 2030.
